Notice you can get a map of the location if you have internet access. You can also email your contact by clicking on the email field. The  customer's outstanding balance is shown for every customer. You can assign a route to a particular employee or representative. Click on PREVIOUS SALES and get a list of everything this customer has purchased along with the invoice number and costs. You can email invoices if check the box and create an invoice. The invoice will notify you this customer would like to have the invoice emailed. Products Owned shows all serial number products with warranty information.  For example, an air conditioner unit along with warranty information. You can easily look up the customer by name or by phone. You can also query by other information.

Directions Screenshot - Enter directions or other information for each customer. When a work (call) order is created, it will print all important information and directions for this customer.  It will notify you if the account is past 90 days and you don't waste a trip while the customer is not paying or get a check when you go.
