This custom application will keep records of all your important customers. TANNING keeps track of the minutes used and days left if you offer an unlimited package based on a certain number of days for a certain price.

Keep track of up to 8 beds with the In Time, Duration, Customer name, Bed Status, and End Time. Put people on a waiting list in the order they come in. Print a list of people to call when their package gets low on days or minutes to keep income of your business steady. Print an income report based on a From Date and To Date to see how much you are making on your tanning bed company. This software warns you when the time is up, bed needs to be turned off, and cleaned for the next customer.

Lookup a customer by name or phone number and see how many days or minutes are left. See when they paid, monthly days left, and minute packages. If the customer is below 18 the age turns red. If days until expire is under 3 days it will also turn red. If minutes remaining is below 20 minutes it will also turn red. Total paid is also listed. If you have internet service, you can get a map to the address by clicking on GET MAP. Put in other information under comments. This screen allows you to enter account payments and the package type based on days left and also a minute package.
