INSTRUCTIONS
The program
is easier to use if your screen size is set to see the form's left and
right sides.
(For XP-Right click on the desktop and select properties then select Settings and
Resolution to change).
The information below must
be added into contacts BEFORE you start creating contracts.
After Installing and first
starting the program ....

1. Add your information into the
Contacts Database.
2. Put a check into the program user field.
3. You must also enter your company and broker.
4. You must select Broker or Realtor under Contact Type.
Hovering the mouse over some "not so obvious" fields opens a hint
message line.
Unlock each entry form to change or add data. Either click or press
spacebar on UNLOCK field
Navigate forward and backward on the form by using the Tab, Shift +
Tab key, or Enter key.
Print reports using the print at the bottom of the screen. This will
produce a report. If you print using File then Print, you only print
out the form records. If you have a print preview page, select the
printer from file print.
You can store massive amounts of
records. Be sure and backup this database frequently and store in a
safe place. Just copy and paste the database to another drive.
The location is under the folder c:\satisfactions. You can backup
the whole folder.

Below is
some information to get you started. I used the Purchase Contracts as an
example. All other Contracts are similar in operation.
Play around with it until you get comfortable.
Helpful Keys
F4 - Allows
the drop down boxes to expand
Tab - moves forward from one field to another
Hold Shift then Press Tab (shift+Tab) - Moves back from one field to
another
F9 - Refreshes Screen
Ctrl+C - Copies highlighted material to clipboard
Crtl+V - Pastes clipboard material to current field where curser is
located
Crtl+X - Copies to clipboard highlighted material and also deletes the
material from current field
By hovering with your mouse
over certain fields, more help will be given.

To begin
using the program, start the program and refer to this webpage.
Do this
first...
Open the Contacts database by clicking on the Contact Database menu button.

The contact database is easy to use. You
can even click on get map and see where the contact is located. (requires
internet)
On Lookup Name
type in your name to see if you are already entered in the database. Once
entered you will not need to enter yourself or any other contact again.
To search you can type or click on the down blue angle or press F4 while on the
Lookup field to open a drop down list of names. All drop down lists
can be opened this way.
If you are not listed, click on the Create New Contact at the right under
Tasks
and enter all your information including the Company and Broker name and
Phone numbers. Also, make sure you place under contact type either Broker
or Realtor and then put a check in the Program User box in order for the
program to know you are the one filling out the contacts
Be sure to enter every
agent you are dealing with the same way
Click Close when you are
finished.
You can store
clients or other contacts in the same way.

Summary: Make
sure not to duplicate. Check to see if the person is already in the
contact database before creating a new contact. Click Create New Contact
to enter a new person or company. Add information then click close. Drop
down arrows can be accessed by landing on the field then click the F4 key
or click the down angle with your mouse.
You must unlock the
database in order to add or change data. Open Purchase contract by
clicking from the main menu. At the right, you will see Create Another
Contract. Click to create a new blank contract. Remember to unlock the database by clicking on the Lock/Unlock field. The
spacebar will also unlock the database while you are on the Lock/Unlock
field. Press Tab or Shift Tab to navigate.

BOTTOM HALF OF THE PURCHASE CONTRACT

Fill in all information and click close.
The record is saves as soon as you click close or move from one record to
another.
All other contacts are filled out basically
the same way.
You can also create the Agency Disclosures
from the Contract you are entering. Select the disclosure
and fill in the information you need.
PRINTING
When you click print on some contracts, the program will open a preview report screen. You must
then click the file then print. If you are in the preview screen,
always select file print. If you are on the data entry forms, select print
from the bottom of the page you are on.
