Installation Instructions

A link will be emailed to you to access the megaupload.com website.
Follow the instructions below.

System Requirements
Windows 2000 - XP - Vista
50 Meg of available space on the Hard Drive
 
Fill in the code (can be different than above and then click download. I recommend creating a folder called download place the file there or save it to your desktop.  Once downloaded, right click on the zipped file called PURCHASE and click extract files here or extract all depending on your version of windows.

Once extracted, click on setup and follow instructions.

You will have a folder called CONTRACTS908MDE where you unzipped the PURCHASE file.
Open the folder CONTRACTS908MDE and click on the setup file to install the program.
Choose Typical for the installation type and NEXT.
Wait several minutes for the program to install. Be patient it may seem the program stops.
It will resume. Do not shut off the install program until it says finish.
Click Finish and close the open window screens to get back to your desktop.
You will have a shortcut called RealEstateContracts. You can rename the shortcut if you prefer or leave as is.
After clicking on the shortcut to run the program, a security warning may appear.
This warning is from Microsoft and this program is safe.
It will ask to block unsafe expressions. Click yes and then OK to the next screen to exit the application.
Click again to restart the application.  Say open if you get another warning. This is normal.
Due to all the security Microsoft Windows now has, this application seems foreign or unknown to the windows system.
It is safe to open the program.
