INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
For those who already have MS ACCESS 2003 or
above...
If you already have Access 2003 or above, place the CD in your
computer drive.
You can access the program by left clicking on the PaducahContracts.mde file in My Documents.
Note: You can created a shortcut to your desktop by left clicking on the PaducahContracts.mde file in My Documents and select Send to desktop as a shortcut.
For those who do not have MS ACCESS 2003 or above...
Place the CD into the computer and wait about 45
seconds and an install screen should start.
If not, open the CD from MY Computer and double click on the file named Setup.
Follow the instructions. Be patient until the
menu says finished. It may take several minutes.
After being loaded, a shortcut icon will display
on your desktop named PaducahContracts.mde
Hint: Always use the Tab key to move forward to the next field and Shift Tab to move back a field.
As a safeguard you must unlock to change or add data.
Click on
the unlocked field to lock or unlock.
You can also press the space bar to unlock or lock while on the unlock field.
Hover over some fields to get additional help.

Enter information you use more than one time and easily select the information as needed.
Always use the page up and down instead of the scroll mouse. The
scroll mouse will move to another record
on some versions of windows applications..
Use the print button on the form to generate the forms and then print.
Note a PDF printer can be downloaded from this link http://www.download.com/PrimoPDF/3000-10743_4-10264577.html or http://www.primopdf.com/primopdf_free_idx.htm. This program will enable you to print to a file that can be emailed to your client.
You simply choose the PDF Printer before you print and the
document will go to a PDF File. You can print each page to a
separate file or append each page to send all pages as one PDF.
